Security Surveillance Camera
What’s an IP camera and how is it different from Analog?
IP stands for Internet Protocol. It basically refers to a digital video camera that can send and receive data via a network, as opposed to sending a feed to a digital video recorder (DVR) or a recorder for an Analog camera. In an Analog DVR set-up, each camera must be connected directly to the DVR. IP cameras will be connected through the use of switches which runs a single wire to the Network Video Recorder (NVR). In addition, IP cameras capture a wider field of view than analog cameras.
What is an IP camera?
An Internet protocol camera, or IP camera, is a type of digital video camera commonly employed for surveillance, and which, can send and receive data via a computer network with an internet connection.
What is the difference between DVR and NVR?
Analog CCTV cameras need to be linked to a Digital Video Recorder (DVR). IP cameras require a Network Video Recorder (NVR). Both serve the same purpose of recording, processing, and storing all the data. Through the use of switches, you can connect many more cameras to a single NVR.
What are the different brands you offer?
We offer a wide variety of high-quality products imported from China, Korea, and Taiwan. For more specific details, kindly check our product line-up under Products or Contact Us for more information.
How will I know which CCTV system is the best for my house, establishment, or building?
We have well-trained personnel who are experts on identifying which CCTV system is most suitable for which area. Please Contact Us for product demonstration and for further information.
Can my electrical contractors handle the wiring and piping instead?
To meet the company standards, we strongly suggest that the wiring be included in our framework. This is because we had experienced issues during and/or after the turn-over period when we allow external contractors to handle the wiring. As for the piping, we have no problem allowing them to proceed.
Security Perimeter Fence
Is the system legal and safe?
Security Electric Fence is a non-lethal system that gives a short, sharp, painful but safe shock to any would-be intruder. The system components and system design installation comply with product standards and the Security Electric Fence “Code of Practice” that exceed existing installation practices around the world. Furthermore, warning signs are placed at strategic intervals to ensure visibility. The Security Electric Fence System is a safe and legal system to install.
What happens when someone touches, cuts and tampers with the Security Electric Fence wires?
Anyone who touches the Security Electric Fence while armed (including animals), is repelled by the safe shock it gives. Alarms are triggered only when someone attacks, tries to climb through or tampers with the Security Electric Fence System. False alarms are thus greatly reduced, if not eliminated.
Are there any procedures or maintenance requirements needed for the Security Electric Fence System?
The Security Electric Fence System, and its components, are designed to exceed internationally set standards. The Security Electric Fence system can last for years. In addition, Bassbest Automation uses only stainless steel type 304 in all our posts, brackets, bolts, and nuts. Thus, making the system, almost completely maintenance-free.
What happens during power failures or brownouts?
Bassbest Automation’s Security Electric Fence Systems are installed with a standby power supply. In the event of power failures or brownouts, the rechargeable back-up battery powers the system for continuous protection with all the features operational.
Can the Security Electric Fence System be used in conjunction with CCTV, security lightning and other alarms monitoring systems?
YES. Bassbest Automaton’s Security Electric Fence System is very flexible. Alarm and zone alarm outputs can be used to trigger or operate all forms of alarm monitoring, annunciation, or signaling systems. It can be installed as a stand-alone system or directly interfaced with any other type of intruder alarm, access control, or integrated security system.
What is the electric consumption of the system?
Depending on the model unit, the Security Electric Fence system consumes an average between 35 – 60 watts per hour.
How much does a Security Electric Fence System cost?
Every house has its unique wall design and height. A visual security inspection is necessary to give a fair and reasonable price. Only items that are needed will be charged to you, thereby, bringing the cost down.
How long will it take to finish the project?
The length of time would depend on the size and design of the area where the security electric fence will be installed. On average, 4 to 5 days is sufficient enough, however, there are other factors beyond our control that may affect the time, like a typhoon, and lightning storms.
Security Access Control
What is an Access Control System?
